Respite Care for Family Caregivers.

Sometimes a little break is all you need. Respite care from LivHOME gives your family a chance to recharge with the additional peace of mind that comes from knowing your loved one is safe. Our Life Care Managers will provide you with all the support you need.

Is respite care right for your family?

  • I’m not taking care of myself.
  • When will it be over?
  • I want to be the adult child, not the caregiver!

It is estimated that 50 million unpaid family caregivers offer their time to loved ones in need. We know that this can take up a serious amount of your time, and home care is not always an option. Unfortunately, what often happens is that the majority of these generous people also suffer. The National Family Caregivers Association reports that the majority of these family caregivers suffer from mental and physical strains.

Specifically, 27% reported having more headaches, 24% reported stomach disorders, 41% more back pain, 51% more sleeplessness, and 61% reported more depression.

It’s not something to take lightly and you shouldn’t have to suffer for just wanting to care for your loved ones. Sometimes a little break is all you need. LivHOME provides the respite care and home care services you deserve.
