Life Care Managers

Life Care Managers work with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best care experience. They are typically members of ALCA and have credentials in social work, nursing, gerontology, or mental health.

Internal Resources Group

The Internal Resources Group consists of Recruiters and Staffing Coordinators who manage the day-to-day caregiving operations. They are an essential team who attracts, retains, and treasures caregivers.

Care Consultants

Care Consultants assist prospective families with finding care. They are also responsible for business development, helping to manage relationships with hospitals, facilities, and legal and financial professionals.
