Since most of your contact happens via the hands, washing them is the best way to stop germs in their tracks.

Stay Away From Sick People

Germs find their way just about everywhere, but they are found in astounding concentrations around people who are already sick. If you’re looking to prevent the flu this season, it’s important that you stay away from sick people and to disinfect anything they touch.
