Join us for an hour webinar that will help professionals better understand the underlying reasons for resistance and by understanding these issues, you can help clients take necessary action. We all face senior clients who could benefit from using certain services and or products to help improve their quality of life or to help reduce risk; however, for whatever reason, often our recommendations are met with a level of resistance that results in a general sense of frustration. The key to helping our senior clients in accepting services lies in understanding the root of the resistance and having a robust repertoire of interventions that can lead to a greater likelihood of acceptance of services.
