Randi Israel has worked with older adults for over 25 years. In 1996, she joined Northshore Eldercare Management; now LivHOME, Inc. Randi has worked with families and their loved ones who struggle with Dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and many other physical and cognitive challenges. Often, Randi is brought into a situation whereby the client is resistant to any help and successfully works toward resolution.
Randi provides care management for her clients, conducting clinical assessments, building care plans, obtaining community resources, advocating within the complex health system, communicating with the care team and many other tasks. She also provides individualized training and supervision of LivHOME caregivers.
Prior to LivHOME, Randi worked in nursing home consultation through S.C.G. consulting, adult day care, with Parkside Older Adult Day Services, and care management, through the Council for Jewish Elderly. She received her master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Illinois, Chicago, Jane Addams School of Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Randi is also a Certified Care Manager (CMC).
