The franchise, based in Cedar Park, TX, will provide at-home care to seniors in Travis county. This large territory, which includes the city of Austin as well as the towns of West Lake Hills, Cedar Park, Lakeway and Northwest Hills, is home to more than 50,000 seniors ages 65 and older. The franchise is scheduled to open this spring and will be operated by Mark Stroinski.
