LivHOME's Eldercare Consultants (ECCs) act as a primary point of contact for professionals in the community, such as elder law attorneys, physicians, and others who serve senior clients.

An Eldercare Consultant is the professional's primary point of contact, serving as a resource for any senior care need.

Once services are started, a professional Care Manager will keep the professional abreast of the situation with professional-to-professional communication.
