Michelle joined LivHOME in 2008 as a Professional Geriatric Care Manager. She has 17 years of experience working with the older adult population. She has dedicated 11 of those years to working as a geriatric care manager, working with seniors and their families to develop individualized care plans that accommodate the needs of clients and their families throughout the aging journey. 

Michelle received a bachelor of science degree in social work from California State University, Long Beach, and her master’s degree in gerontology from California State University, Fullerton. Michelle was also vice president of the Sigma Phi Omega, Gamma Kappa Chapter, National Academic Honor and Professional Society in Gerontology.

She is an active member of the Inland Association for Continuity of Care (IACC), Networking for Seniors, and National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM).

Michelle is dedicated to providing our seniors with professional care management and at-home care, and is passionate about assisting older adults to remain in their own homes as long as possible.
