Fredda joined LivHOME in 2006 as a Care Manager Associate and was promoted to Care Manager in 2007.

Fredda previously managed a home health care agency in Morristown, New Jersey. In this position, she was responsible for maintaining compliance with state licensure and national accreditation. Her previous work included care management and staffing coordination.

Her interests and experience extend to animal therapy. She was instrumental in establishing an animal visitation program to homebound seniors. Fredda worked at the Seeing Eye Foundation, helping seniors adapt to their new Seeing Eye® dogs, and is an active member of the American Veterinarian Medical Association, Women’s Auxiliary.

Fredda earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from Temple University in Pennsylvania. Fredda is credentialed as a Care Manager, Certified (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers.

Fredda is an active member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM), Los Angeles Geriatric Care Manager unit.
