Diana joined LivHOME, Inc. in 2009 as a Professional Geriatric Care Manager. She has over 13 years of experience working with the geriatric population. Diana has had experience in skilled nursing facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and home health, and has worked as a geriatric care manager for the last three years.  

Diana received a bachelor’s degree of science in social work from Dana College in Blair, Nebraska. She received her master’s in gerontology from the University of La Verne (California) in 2003.

Diana is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Inland Association of Continuity of Care. 

She strongly believes in the LivHOME mission to provide premier at-home care that enables seniors to continue to live in their own homes for as long as possible.
