Toni Maldonado - Executive Director and Franchise Owner

Franchise Owner and Executive Director

Toni joined LivHOME in 2011 as a Franchise Owner and Executive Director. Along with over 30 years of healthcare support and senior-level management expertise she brings her passion for client care and service excellence to the organization.

Previously, Toni worked as a manager of medical staff services until she launched her privately owned clinical documentation company. In 2000, she sold her company to MedQuist, a leading provider of clinical documentation products and services. Toni ultimately served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Customer Support Services, with responsibility for global service delivery, client care management, client-facing technical support, and implementations. In 2011, Toni decided to leverage her healthcare experience coupled with her entrepreneurial background, to join LivHOME in providing superior quality senior care for her community.

Toni majored in business and accounting at New Mexico State University.

In her off time, Toni enjoys outdoor activities including snowmobiling, hiking, and camping with her family. She also takes pleasure in creative cooking, especially with spicy foods. Amanda Siembieda
Care Manager

Amanda joined LivHOME in 2012 as a Geriatric Care Manager. She brings compassion and an understanding of the complex needs our clients and their families from her strong background in social work.

Previously, Amanda worked exclusively with the older adult population and has special education and experience as a care transition coach, working with individuals to better understand and manage their medical conditions in order to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital back home.

Amanda majored in Psychology and minored in Spanish at the University of Arizona. She then earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California. Lisa Weinhold
Care Manager

Lisa joined LivHOME in 2011 as a Geriatric Care Manager. As a registered nurse, she brings over 20 years of nursing to our organization.

Previously, Lisa worked as an emergency room (ER) nurse as well as a director of nursing. She dealt primarily with elderly patients, focusing on their needs while in the ER and ensuring a smooth transition from the hospital back to the patient’s living environment. Lisa received her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of Phoenix and has taught nursing at Metro State College in Denver, Colorado. In her capacity as a nurse educator for the emergency room, Lisa provided continuing education regarding age specific needs, for the geriatric population.

Lisa enjoys spending time with her six children and their families. She enjoys relaxing by creating jewelry made out of beads and wire. Lisa and her husband volunteer within her church and community.
