Martha B. Bass, LICSW, CMC
Care Manager
Prior to joining LivHOME, Martha was the elder specialist and senior geriatric care manager at Jewish Family Services. In 2001, she developed their care management program. She was the coordinator of the internship program for graduate students and is an intern supervisor. Martha has over 20 years of experience in social work with community mental health and hospice, and has been a private practitioner specializing in grief counseling.
Martha earned her master’s of social work at Simmons College of Social Work, where she has also served as a clinical associate.
Martha is an active member of both the National Association of Social Workers and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM). She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Chapter of NAPGCM and served as Chair of the Membership Committee.

Edith Wolfson, MSW, LICSW
Care Manager
Edith Wolfson joined LivHOME in 2011 as a Care Manager. Edith brings over 25 years experience in social work to LivHOME. Prior to joining LivHOME, Edith worked for the Natick Visiting Nursing Association as a social work supervisor and clinician. She was responsible for supervising M.S.W and B.S.W social workers, and provided clinical and referral services to home based patients and their families.
Previously, Edith applied her expertise in geriatric care management as a case manager for Holocaust survivors at Jewish Family & Children’s Services, a clinical social worker atNewtonWellesleyHospital, and in multiple positions with the Department of Developmental Disability, (formerly The Department of Mental Retardation).
Edith earned her master’s of Social Work from Simmons College of Social Work and she also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Religion fromBostonUniversity.
Edith is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Emily Moor
Eldercare Consultant
Emily Moor joined LivHOME in 2012. She is responsible for business development and growth within the Boston market. Emily is a certified Alzheimer’s expert and loves helping seniors live life to the fullest.
Previously, Emily worked as a territory manager within the medical device field for Respiratory Solutions, a DBA of Lincare. She then realized that working with seniors was her true passion and made the transition into the home care industry working for Comfort Keepers as an Account Manager. Emily received her bachelor of science degree in exercise physiology from Saint Joseph’s College.
Emily’s strength is building lasting relationships within her community. She will play an active role by joining local organizations and attending networking opportunities.

Alyson Reitano
Staffing Coordinator
Alyson joined LivHOME in October of 2012. She is a recent graduate with honors from Suffolk University. Alyson double majored in Global Business and Marketing, traveling to Spain, Australia and Italy to further her studies.
Sandy C. Pasco
On Call Coordinator
Sandy C. Pasco joined LivHOME as an on call coordinator in 2010. Sandy brings 22 years of home care experience to LivHOME. Prior to joining LivHOME, Sandy worked for Interim Health Care Boston for 8 years and Golden Care Boston for 3 years. Sandy was responsible for providing back up support and nursing services to clients, hospitals and nursing facilities.
Sandy has had the privilege to work as a private nurse, hospice nurse, and as a rehabilitation nurse. She is very dedicated to her work and strongly believes in patient advocacy.
Sandy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Endicott College and is currently working on her Master’s degree.
She is an active member of the American Nurses Association and speaks Portuguese and Italian
