Ann Bradford joined Age Concerns, now LivHOME, Inc., in 2003 as a Care Manager, bringing multiple years of experience to the company.
Previously, Ann was responsible for the development and implementation of a geriatric care management program serving at-risk elders through the Orange County Department on Aging in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She provided supportive counseling to elders and their families around the issues of aging and caregiving. She worked as a foster care counselor with the Franklin County Department of Human Services in Tennessee, as a case manager supervisor and rural case manager with Community Counseling Services in Mississippi, and as a legal social worker with the Edna Gladney Center in Texas.
Ann earned her bachelor of science in social work from Texas Christian University, and received her master of social work (MSW) and a Certificate in Aging from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Ann is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. In 2000, Ann received the National Association of Counties Achievement Award and the Governor’s Award for Volunteer Service for her work coordinating the Friend to Friend Program in North Carolina.
